Maintaining its reputation of producing the best products in the world, SINTOMS began manufacturing unique arc frets with small radius in May, 2026:
These frets include arc frets with radii R ranging from 20 to 50 mm (0.787 to 1.968 inches).
Arc frets with small radius are used for musical instruments with small neck (fingerboard) radii, such as new fretted violins and other similar instruments.
To meet initial demand for these products, nickel silver frets with radii of 36, 39, and 41 mm were manufactured. A new factory delivery variant of these arc frets, VASR, was also introduced. One set of these frets consists of eight arc like fret lengths with a specific radius and a minimum length of 156 mm each. Four types of nickel silver are used, with 8, 12, 18, and 25 percent of nickel content.
