SINTOMS Ltd. designed and produced a unique product: equal high frets. These are frets with different fret crown width but equal fret crown height.
The basic idea of the project is to facilitate the performance of musicians on musical instruments with frets, which mounting distance at the bottom of the neck is smaller than at the top of the neck.
Equal high frets provide a musician with maximum possible place of strings contact with frets at the bottom of the fingerboard.
Equal high frets facilitate and speed up the work of luthiers who understand this problem and strive for producing an instrument with reducing fret crowns width from the top of the neck to its bottom, preserving equal crown height of frets.
SINTOMS Ltd. produces two lines of equal high frets:
Frets are supplied in packs. A pack includes from 2 to 6 sets of frets. All sets in the pack are characterized by the same fret crown height but different fret crown width. A client has an opportunity to choose and order frets with preferable fret crown width.
